In 2010, Big Al, a spirited griller with a passion for palate pleasing, gourmet foods and sauces, was looking for a versatile BBQ sauce. When he could not find a sauce with that ‘umph’ or ideal savory appeal, he decided to create his very own gourmet BBQ sauce. After a year and multiple taste tests, he discovered the perfect blend of sweet and savory spices. The tantalizing taste and thickness created a Gourmet BBQ Sauce “Sooo Good You Don’t Even Need Meat” to enjoy it. Try it. Experience Big Al’s Gourmet BBΩ Sauce. Meet The Founder

Mr. Williams is also the Owner and Creator of Big Al’s Gourmet BBQ Sauce. His desire to create a versatile BBQ Sauce led him to create a sauce that is “So Good You Don’t Even Need Meat”. The sauce is currently available online, and at Chef Moe’s Lunchbox in Atlanta, GA.

Mr. Williams lives by the Biblical principle, “to whom much is given much is required.” Mr. Williams is a 40+ year resident of Palm Beach County and an active member of the community. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, and The Pride of Palm Beach Masonic Lodge #447, Prince Hall Affiliated, where he holds the position of Grand Instructor for the Southern Zone. Mr. Williams is the proud father of three fabulous children; Anyla Danielle, Avery Simone and Gerald Alexander.
